Selling motor homes, 5th wheels or trailers is a very time consuming process. That’s because they’re not an item most people have to own but choose to own. Since RVs are not a needful item customers take a lot of time making sure of what they want.

At Tom’s Travel Homes we check out every RV and trailer to make sure each appliance, water system, furnace, roof air conditioner, generator etc. work the way they’re supposed to. There is no charge to the consignee or consignor for this service. Advertising is another feature we provide with no charge. There are no monthly storage fees if your unit doesn’t sell within the consignment period.

At Tom’s Travel Homes we even give each buyer what we call a “Walk Through”. Not only do we check to make sure everything works but it’s actually working when you pick up the R.V. Then we “walk you through it” and show you where the water goes, sewer, electric hook up, and so on. Not only do you know everything works, but how it works.

Some additional services Tom’s Travel Homes provides is in helping you with the paperwork involved in paying off any possible lien holders and we process the Dept. of Motor Vehicle titles.
